Mona Townships – Making a difference in the field of Social Work

Mona Townships organized a Tree Plantation Drive in Jade Business Park where the Deputy Commissioner of Mohali inaugurated the function and became an inseparable part of "Clean and Green Mohali", a dream project that is expected to bring the residents' participation in planting saplings in large numbers.



Also Jade Business Park actively contributed to the Nepal earthquake victims in 2015, by handing over Rs 1.5 lakh cheque to SAS Nagar DC. This has been donated for relief and rehabilitation of the victims to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund through the Punjab Red Cross Society. Moreover, the same year, the management donated a sum of more than Rs 1 lakh to Rotary Club, Chandigarh for supporting social welfare initiatives.



In late 2015, Mona Townships became a part of the team that initiated development work worth Rs 1 Crore in two villages- Kambala and Kambali villages. These include the beautification work in the city, the inauguration of community toilets as a part of Swachh Bharat Campaign, and installation of RO system at government primary school for safe drinking water etc. 





Most recently, as a part of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Mona Townships organized free eye check-up camp at Mona Greens, VIP Road,Zirakpur, in collaboration with Grewal Eye Institute on 21st Feb 2016.
